Montmorency
According to the Oxford Dictionary of First Names, Montmorency "enjoyed a brief vogue in the 19th century, but it is now regarded as affected and so hardly ever used."
FYI - The lovely little book _Three Men in a Boat_ (1889) by Jerome K. Jerome (how's that for a name) features a little dog named Montmorency. (JKJ had a sister named Blandina!)
